Morohoshi’s Mud Men (マッドメン) series was originally published by Akita Shoten (秋田書店), first in two volumes under Shounen Champion Comics (少年チャンピオンコミックス), then reprinted as a single volume of Akita Comic Select (秋田コミックセレクト). Single volume editions were also put out by Chikuma Shobo (筑摩書房) under Chikuma Bunko (ちくま文庫) and Chuokoron-Shinsha (中央公論新社) under Chuko Comics. Mud Men was also released in two volumes by Shueisha under Jump Super Ace, and again by Sobisha (創美社), a division of Shueisha, under Sobisha Comic Bunko. "The Director’s Cut Edition" was published in a single volume by Kobunsha.
Usio Shuppan Sha* released several further titles under Kibo Comics (希望コミックス): Mumenmoku (無面目), Kaijin Ki (海神記) 1-3, and Gojou Den (碁娘伝). Mumenmoku and Gojou Den have been reprinted under Usio Manga Bunko* (潮漫画文庫). Usio also released a three-volume Morohoshi Daijirou Special Selection (諸星大二郎スペシャルセレクション) series: Mumenmoku, Taikoubou Den* (太公望伝), and Gojou Den. Kaijin Ki was rereleased in two A5 volumes by Kobunsha, also the publishers of Kyojin Tan (巨人譚). Yume no Ki no Shita de (夢の木の下で) was put out by Magazine House* (マガジンハウス) under Mag Comics.
Kodansha published Shikaban Chourui Zufu (私家版鳥類図譜), Shikaban Gyorui Zufu (私家版魚類図譜), and the Saiyuu Youen Den sequel Saiyuu Youen Den: Sai Iki Hen (西遊妖猿伝 西域篇) 1-6 under Kodansha Comics Morning DX; Yami no Uguisu (闇の鶯) under Kodansha Comics Deluxe; and Box: Hako no Naka ni Nani ka Iru* (BOX 箱の中に何かいる) 1-3 under Morning Kodansha Comics. Two humorous compilation volumes titled Morohoshi Daijirou Nonsense Gag Manga Shuu* (諸星大二郎ナンセンスギャグ漫画集) were published by Jive (ジャイブ). Shogakukan (小学館) released a Morohoshi Daijirou Tokusen Shuu* (諸星大二郎特選集) series under Big Comics Special (ビッグコミックススペシャル):

Kawade Shobo Shinsha (河出書房新社) published the art book Fujuku: 1970–2012 (不熟 1970~2012).
Kodansha released two collections of short stories written by Morohoshi, Kyouko no Kyou wa Kyoufu no Kyou (キョウコのキョウは恐怖の恐) and Kumo no Ito wa Kanarazu Kireru (蜘蛛の糸は必ず切れる), and the Youkai Hunter side story Hieda no Monogatari: Mashougatake (稗田のモノ語り 魔障ヶ岳).
Saiyuu Youen Den was also made into a two-part audio casette series. The movies Ankoku Shinwa: Gaki no Shou / Ten no Shou* (暗黒神話 餓鬼の章 / 天の章), Youkai Hunter Hiruko (妖怪ハンター ヒルコ), and Kidan (奇談) were all based on Morohoshi’s comics.
